The property, located at King George Boulevard and Fraser Highway is surrounded by various amenities, including SkyTrain.

The strategic location of the new healthcare campus is the perfect complement to Surrey Memorial Hospital, which will no doubt benefit from the talent coming out of this new facility.”
This announcement distinguishes Surrey as home to three of BC’s largest public universities and further establishes the city as an innovation hub within the province. The vision of the new UBC campus will create advanced education opportunities closer to home for students in Surrey and south of the Fraser.
